Emile accompagne Rémy dans une maison pour subtiliser des ingrédients afin d’améliorer la nourriture qu’il a trouvé. Quand la colonie est découverte, il est séparé de son frère.
Il est ravi de le retrouver en train de travailler dans un restaurant. Emile va découvrir le mélange culinaire quand Rémy lui propose deux ingrédients différents. Il l’encourage à retourner voir la famille mais il se rend compte de la tension entre son père et Rémy.
Emile profite que Rémy ait accès à un garde-manger pour le nourrir lui et ses amis, qui deviennent de plus en plus nombreux.
Emile aide son frère lors de la visite d’Anton Ego et s’abstient difficilement de lécher les assiettes.
Emile is Remy’s brother, whom he is very close to. He is the only one who knows about his brother’s absolute passion for cooking and does not mention it to their father. He is quite fearful but first and foremost exceedingly fond of food, to the extent that he eats everything he comes across even if it is not edible.
Emile goes inside a house with Remy to steal some ingredients to improve the food his brother has found. He is separated from him when the colony is discovered.
He is overjoyed to eventually find him working in a restaurant. Emile discovers the notion of flavour combinations when Remy hands him two different ingredients to taste separately and then together. He urges him to go back and see his family but realises there is some tension between his father and his brother.
He takes advantage of the fact Remy has access to a pantry to feed himself and his friends, who come along in larger numbers each time.
He helps his brother out when Anton Ego visits the restaurant and has trouble refraining from licking the plates clean.[:]
