Son histoire : Baby-sitting Jack-Jack.
As government agent who now oversees the Superhero Relocation Program, Rick Dicker’s job is to look after the world’s superheroes after the latter have been forced into retirement and outlawed. He makes sure they remain anonymous and erases the memories of anyone who might suspect their true identity.
When Bob Parr loses his temper and assaults his boss, Rick sorts out matters and offers to relocate him one last time and give the Parr family a chance to make a fresh start.
At the end of the film, after they have defeated the Omnidroid v.x10, Rick Dicker informs the Parr family that Syndrome’s assets have been frozen and that the villain will be arrested if he dares to reappear. Rick Dicker’s division will take care of everything from that point onwards while the politicians in power will consider letting superheroes come out of hiding and resume their work.
